Many property managers now use artificial intelligence to answer messages, track repairs and prepare reports. At the PM Systems Conference 2027, Wolfgang Croskey is scheduled to teach a session on building and supervising it.
What is "The AI Super-Brain"?
The official agenda lists Wolfgang's session as "The AI Super-Brain: Building a Digital Workforce and OS You Actually Own." The description says it lays out a custom layer that connects the software a company already uses, with AI agents acting as the link between those tools. It names two safeguards: a "Shadow Mode" training approach, where the AI is trained and watched before it acts on its own, and "Human in the Loop" oversight, where a person reviews what the AI does.
The agenda mentions "vibe coding," which means building small software tools by describing what you want in plain language instead of writing code by hand.
When and where is it?
The PM Systems Conference runs January 11 to 15, 2027 at the Suncoast Hotel & Casino in Las Vegas, organized as 14 themed rooms of sessions for property management company owners. Wolfgang is a co-founder of the conference. The agenda lists his session several times, including in the Technology & AI Room on Tuesday, January 12, and in the Process Mastermind Lounge. His speaker page has the title and bio.
What should a rental owner ask about AI?
You do not need to understand the technology to ask good questions of your property manager: who reviews what the AI sends, what it may not do, and how mistakes get corrected. Our guide to vetting a property manager has a wider list, and our guide to who regulates property managers explains what a California broker license covers.
