- How quickly does Croskey respond to new inquiries?
- We respond to all owner inquiries within one business day, Monday through Friday, 9 AM to 5 PM. For urgent matters call us directly at (925) 336-3282.
- What areas does Croskey Real Estate manage properties in?
- We manage residential rentals in seven East Contra Costa cities: Pittsburg, Antioch, Brentwood, Oakley, Bay Point, Concord, and Martinez. We do not currently serve Discovery Bay or Bethel Island.
- Do I need to sign a contract before getting a free consultation?
- No. Our initial consultation is free and carries no obligation. We discuss your property, walk through our management model, and give you a fee quote before anything is signed.
- What is the management fee for a single-family home?
- Our monthly management fee starts at 8% of collected rent for single-family homes. Leasing placement is a separate one-time fee. Full pricing is at croskeypm.com/pricing.
