Frequently asked questions

What is the landlord scorecard?

A quick self-assessment that scores you from 0 to 100 across four areas: time and experience, property and rent, compliance readiness, and financial cushion. It highlights where you are strong and where there are gaps.

How is the score calculated?

Each area has a few questions worth points. Your score in each area is the share of available points you earn, and the overall score is the average of the four areas. It runs entirely in your browser.

Is my information stored?

No. The scorecard is completely private and runs in your browser. Nothing you enter is sent anywhere or saved.

Is this legal or financial advice?

No. It is an educational self-assessment using general assumptions, not legal, tax, or financial advice. For guidance specific to your property, contact Croskey Real Estate.

What if my score is low?

A low score points to areas worth shoring up before or during self-management. Croskey Real Estate can handle those areas for you. Reach out for a no-obligation conversation and local rent comps.
