Most applications are processed in 2-3 business days. However, it can take longer. You can help speed up the process by putting your current employer and current and past Landlords on notice that we will be contacting them. No rental property will be held vacant for more than two (2) weeks, unless approved by Bruce Croskey Real Estate Applications submitted more than 2 weeks before the advertised available date may be held. A guarantor will be required for applicants that are students or who cannot provide proof of verifiable income, but otherwise meet all other application requirements. Guarantor must meet the following requirements: Credit ā Credit score of 650 or higher Income ā Income is at least 4 times the rent Guarantors are restricted to family members who assume responsibility for all payments pursuant to the Lease.
