Browse our available rentals across East Contra Costa and pick the one that fits.

Click Apply on the listing, complete the secure form, upload your documents, and pay the application fee.

We review

Our leasing team reviews your application and keeps you updated with a status link.

What to have ready

  • A completed application for each adult 18 or older
  • Proof of income
  • Rental history (six months of bank statements, canceled rent checks, or receipts)
  • Photo identification
  • Pet photos and vaccination records, if you have pets

What is the application fee?

$45 per applicant, nonrefundable, except where prohibited by law.

How long does review take?

Typically 2 to 3 business days. Once approved, we can hold a property for up to two weeks unless arranged otherwise.
