What to have ready
- A completed application for each adult 18 or older
- Proof of income
- Rental history (six months of bank statements, canceled rent checks, or receipts)
- Photo identification
- Pet photos and vaccination records, if you have pets

What is the application fee?
$45 per applicant, nonrefundable, except where prohibited by law.
How long does review take?
Typically 2 to 3 business days. Once approved, we can hold a property for up to two weeks unless arranged otherwise.
Who needs to submit an application?
Everyone 18 or older who will live in the home submits a separate application.
What should I have ready before I apply?
Have your photo ID, proof of income such as recent pay stubs or equivalent documentation, and your rental history ready before you start the online application.
