- Which cities does Croskey Real Estate manage properties in?
- Croskey manages residential rentals in Pittsburg, Antioch, Brentwood, Oakley, Bay Point, and Concord in East Contra Costa County. All properties are managed from our Pittsburg office at 745 Railroad Ave.
- Does Croskey manage properties outside East Contra Costa?
- Our focus is the East Contra Costa corridor along Highway 4. We do not currently serve Discovery Bay, Bethel Island, or cities outside our East Contra Costa service area.
- Do you manage properties in all your service cities equally, or is coverage limited in some areas?
- We provide full-service management in every city we serve with the same team, vendor network, and monthly reporting. There is no reduced service tier for any city in our coverage area.
- How do I know if my property qualifies for Croskey management?
- We manage single-family homes, duplexes, and small multi-unit buildings. Submit your property address at croskeypm.com/apply for a free rental analysis and we will confirm eligibility within one business day.
- Is there a local office or does Croskey manage properties remotely?
- We operate from a single office at 745 Railroad Ave, Pittsburg, CA 94565. All property managers, maintenance coordinators, and leasing staff are based locally - no remote sub-offices or national franchise model.
