How text messaging works with Croskey Real Estate, and how to opt in or out.

What messages you may receive

When you provide your mobile number to Croskey Real Estate, you may receive text messages related to your property and account, such as:

  • Property status updates and portfolio summaries
  • Rent collection confirmations
  • Lease renewal notifications
  • Maintenance request updates
  • Verification codes
  • Alerts that need your attention

Message frequency

Frequency varies based on your property activity. Expect about 2 to 10 messages per month.

Opt-in

You consent to receive texts by providing your number during onboarding, by texting us first, or by texting SUBSCRIBE. Proactive notifications, such as monthly portfolio summaries, are opt-in only.

Opt-out

Text STOP at any time to stop all messages. Text "stop updates" to pause proactive notifications only.

Opt back in

Text START to resubscribe.

Croskey Real Estate does not charge for SMS messages. Message and data rates may apply from your mobile carrier.
