How it works
Refer your managed rentals
Hand off the rentals you manage to our team. We take on the day-to-day property management.
Earn up front
Receive a one-time payment equal to two months of management fees for each property you refer.
Earn ongoing
Then earn 15% of the monthly management revenue for each property for 12 months after the hand-off.
What we need from you
- Properties have valid leases and proper tenant documentation
- Full disclosure of all properties being referred
- Each property is reviewed individually by our team
Compensation terms are confirmed per property during review. Referral arrangements follow all applicable California DRE rules.
